Friday 29 September

Arrival in Cardiff between 11.00 and 21.00.
Rotarians will meet Scholars at Cardiff railway and bus station, and at Cardiff and Bristol airports. Meet hosts at Hodge Building of Cardiff University and spend the evening with host families.

Saturday 30 September  

Breakfast and morning with hosts.
11.00 - 16.00 National History Museum at St Fagans to meet the other Scholars.
16.00 Collection by hosts.
19.30 Celebratory Buffet Supper at the MacDonald Holland House Hotel, Cardiff, with entertainment.
23.30 Return to hosts.

Sunday 1 October

Breakfast with hosts.
09.00 for 09.30 Holland House Hotel for formal presentations.
12.30 Buffet lunch before leaving for university town.
